Started a small commercial roof replacement today. Of course some rotten sub straight that we will replace tomorrow before adding the poly ISO foam board and 60 mil. MULE HIDE TPO Single ply membrane. We have deleted all the old duct work and electrical conduit.
We finished this one on Friday. This is the Malarkey Vista in the color Midnight black. We replaced 15 sheets of OSB sheeting, they also had a couple problem areas where the gutters were open ended on the roof and had caused the shingles to leak over time. We replaced all the damaged framing and soffit. This particular customer chose to upgrade to the High Profile EZ Ridge cap with the lifetime pipeflashings. At High Ridge Roofing and Construction, we recently completed a project that stands out among the many roofing jobs we’ve done in the Springfield area.
For this particular job, the client selected Malarkey Vista Sienna blend shingles, which offer an attractive, high-quality look that will last for many years.
We also installed a 60 ml TPO single ply membrane to the flat section of roof, added new 5" K style seamless gutters, as well as the addition of two 14” Velux Sun Tunnels.

Yesterday's roof tear off. We replaced a few sheets of the OSB sheathing around a troubled area they had. Loaded today, and will start installing the new roof on Monday. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend!
