The Project Details
We finished this project in Azalea, Oregon a couple weeks ago. The cement tile roof on this home was a complete tear off. Between the house and detached shop it measured right at 14,000 sq. feet of roof.
After meeting with the owners we decided the perfect Shingle for their home is the Malarkey Vista AR Laminate Shingle in midnight black. We also decided a Continuous ridge vent was in order and definitely new counter flashing for the Chimneys.
Finally, we installed new seamless aluminum K5″ gutters and down spouts in storm grey. We are very pleased with the way this job turned out and super proud of our team of experienced roofers.
